Refund policy

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the condition in which you received it. We advise you to return it in the original packaging. Please enclose your delivery note and/or order number, which will save us time in processing your return.
You have 14 days to process your return. If 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of your order, we can unfortunately no longer guarantee a refund.
Gift cards and discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping
We're sorry if you don't want to keep your Fudoon, we hope it will make someone else happy!
You can generate your return slip on our portal https://returns.bigblue.co/fudoon, to print and stick on your parcel before sending it back.
Shipping costs arenon-refundable.
If we do not receive the returned item new, unused and in the condition in which you received it, we will not be able to issue a refund. 



Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to inform you whether we have approved or rejected your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card used for the original payment or to your original method of payment, within an average of 5 to 15 days which may depend on the issuer of your payment method and your bank. You will receive an email notifying you of the refund.
If you no longer have access to that payment method, you must contact the bank or agency of the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund has been sent.


Late or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
After completing all of these steps, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@fudoon.fr.

Order cancellation
Your order is registered and begins to be processed 30 minutes after validation. After this 30-minute period, we will not be able to cancel your order. Your order will be shipped. You may refuse the parcel, which will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the return, we will proceed with the refund.

Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Items on sale are not exchangeable or refundable.

Exchanges (if any)
We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged, although this rarely happens and we take great care to ensure the quality of our Fudoon. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@fudoon.fr and we will tell you how to proceed.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your purchase.return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
