Fudoon, why do we love it?

Autumn is clearly here, but I guess you've noticed? Even if we are confined, autumn sends us plenty of signs to make sure we don't get confused: it smells like rain, the leaves are changing colour and starting to fall, revealing branches and covering the pavements, the stalls are full of pumpkins, Objectif Top Chef has started, the Internet is already inviting us to start our Christmas presents (we're not ready for that either, are you?), we've already heard "All i want for Christmas" (we're not ready for that either, but are we ever?)... we're not sure if it's already cold enough to get out the winter coats, maybe warm enough for half-season jackets.
